My Story 

 

Hey there – I’m Nisha. Welcome to my site.

You’re here because you are pregnant or planning to be pregnant and want to better understand how to live in a way that allows your baby to thrive. Congrats, you’re well on your way to being a kick ass mom.

But as a first time mom or mom-to-be, it is easy to become overwhelmed by all the information out there. Information overload does not even begin to describe it – why isn’t this stuff taught in school?!

Who am I?

My name is Nisha, and as a pre & postnatal health coach & personal trainer, I help moms by distilling the most important information into best practices, hacks, and easy to implement tips that you NEED TO KNOW

If you’re wondering how I got here - here’s a little bit more about me.

I’m became interested in nutrition & wellness when my father was diagnosed with cancer and we, as a family, started to understand the importance of having a strong knowledge base of nutrition and its benefits for your body.

It's important to start from a very early age which is why I want to help inform the generation below us. I decided to work with pre & post-natal women, both from a nutrition and fitness perspective as they transition into motherhood, in hopes to enhance their knowledge so they can lead a better life, and pass positive habits to their children. 

I strongly believe in the 4 pillars of wellness: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition and believe it takes a combination of the four to really live a healthy and wholesome life.
